TELE HEALTH / online therapy
OOAK Psychology understands that it can be hard to get around sometimes, therefore we offer online therapy sessions. These can be conducted via Zoom, or even over the phone, and are 50 minute sessions. Whether you want to have a session from the comfort of your own home, on your lunch break or while you’re on the go… Natasha understands and is here for it.
IN-PERSON therapy
Meet with Natasha in person at the OOAK Psychology space. Work with her to uncover ways in which you can thrive and be the best version of yourself. In person sessions run for 50 mins, Natasha will guide you to live a better life, and the rest is up to you.
